Hailing from Bradford, West Yorkshire, and with an average age of 17, Extinktion have been going since 2018 in various forms but it was early 2020 when their line-up was ready to write and record some original music and start to gig.
Then the Covid-19 pandemic hit… However, when possible, they self-recorded and produced their debut single “The War You Started” (February 2021) with their follow-up “LOCKERS” released in May.
And then there was a major line-up change…
Founding members Oscar and Daniel then recruited singer-songwriter Rebecca to take over lead vocals and, a week before their first gig, Lucas completed the line-up on bass.
